My therapeutic approach is individualized to each client and draws from several established counseling approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

I recognize that people come to counseling with different experiences, personalities, challenges, and goals. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I work collaboratively with each client to determine what will be most helpful for their particular situation.
