My goal is to provide a supportive space where you feel heard and understood while we work together to recognize your strengths, navigate challenges, and make meaningful progress toward the changes you want to see in your life.
Depending on each client's individual needs and goals, I may draw from Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Art Therapy, Family Therapy, the Gottman Method, Grief Therapy, mindfulness techniques, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Strength-Based Therapy.
