My therapeutic approach draws primarily from Solution-Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Solution-Focused Therapy emphasizes identifying strengths, developing practical goals, and building on what is already working in a client's life. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy explores the relationships among thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and can help clients develop healthier ways of responding to difficult situations.

Rather than applying the same approach to everyone, I adapt therapy to each client's individual needs and goals.
